Winter Scarf Must-Haves

Hi Everyone!

This winter I am all about the big blanket scarves! I am absolutely IN LOVE having a blanket as a scarf. Extremely warm and cozy and I hope this trend never ends. Several retail stores sell these big massive scarves. I found mine from either Aritzia or Oak & Fort. Prices ranges from $50-80, depending on where you get them and if they are having a sale. They are rather pricey but considering how much wear you'll put into them, it is definitely worth it! Especially if you live in Vancouver, it is usually cold & gloomy around here!

Here are the links if you are interested in checking it out:
Aritzia: Wilfred Diamond Mosaic Blanket Scarf
Oak & Fort Scarves : They don't have the black and white scarf online, so try checking in stores!

OOTD

Hello everyone!

Haven`t done a fashion post in a while because I`ve been pretty caught up with my food blog recently! If you guys are interested in reading my food experiences, go check out my Food Blog !

So today I`ll be talking about my outfit of the day from yesterday!

Cardigan by Community: Aritzia Link for cardigan
Inner shirt: Urban Behavior
Black Shorts: Urban Behavior
Shoes: Just Fab in Nadina Link for shoes
Bag: Alexander Wang

Loving this look at the moment! I love wearing baggy shirts and cardigans so this fall season I am for sure pulling out my baggy sweaters! First time having these type of shoes because I hardly wear shoes with heels nowadays. BUT these shoes are the most comfortable heels I`ve ever worn! I walked in them for basically the whole day and not even one complaint to my bf! Highly recommend getting these shoes and they are super affordable!

Have a wonderful sunday!

New Jacket from XO Bella

Hello ladies!

During the weekend I went to West 4th to shop around and I went to one of my favourite stores, XO Bella. Not much caught my eye until I laid my eyes on this jacket! My girlfriend was considering getting the military style jacket from aritzia and it looked amazing on her! But for my style, I prefer a little bit more of an edge. I thought this piece is perfect for my collection. Matches with a lot of my casual pieces. I think if your dressing a bit more casual and simple, adding an edgier jacket would make your whole outfit look more trendy.

Military jackets are really popular recently and I really like how the sleeves are faux leather. Definitely adds more edge in to the outfit. The jacket was $98.00 from XO Bella. I was lucky enough to grab the last one from the store and it so happens to be a small size as well! Lucky me :)

Hopefully they'll order more of these in because it is a great piece to have in your closet!

Enjoy!

nails inc.-Bling it on Romance: Review

Hi ladies and welcome to my first blog post!

I did this a while back but I still want to blog about this nail set that is available at Sephora because it is absolutely amazing! I believe it was around $25.00-$30.00 Cdn. It comes with 2 nail polishes, 4 bows, 3 different types of jewels & 2 sticks with glue.

It took me a while to get it all done since you do need to put a lot of time and effort into these nails if you want them to look nice. Especially when you get to your left hand it gets way more difficult. Approximately it took me 2 hours to finish both hands. I received tons of compliments from my co-workers, friends and family. They all thought I got it professionally done & when I told them I did them myself they were all so shocked! This set definitely can make your nails look professionally done. Just practice a bit more, have a steady hand and you'll be able to master this in no time. Also it saves you a lot of money for not going to a nail salon! (unless your super lazy, then sure)

I don't think the nail polishes were absolutely amazing in quality but the colour theme was definitely right up my alley and it turned out very flattering on my finger nails. The glue does dry up really fast so hold down on the jewel when you have it in place otherwise it'll be a hassle to fix it. In order to remove the glue, you need acetone. I bought a small bottle at a small makeup boutique and it was only 6-8 dollars. Very affordable and you only need a little in order to remove the glue off your nails.

The jewels & bows are reusable so it is NOT a one time use only! Highly recommend this set if you are a nail junkie.

Hopefully this blog was informative and helpful! Pls shoot me an email or comment if you like to hear about other reviews for the upcoming blogposts!

Enjoy!
